There’s nothing quite like buffalo chicken when watching a football game. From wings to dip, it’s a sporting event staple. 2 (10 ounces) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing 3/4 cup pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4-inch pieces
1 (8 ounces) box chicken-flavored crackers
Start by cooking the chicken. In a large pan, cook the chicken until it’s cooked through and warm. Next, add in all the creamy ingredients. Melt in the cream cheese and the ranch dressing and stir until well mixed. Then, add in half on the cheddar cheese.
Once the dip is creamy, it’s time to transfer the mixture into a slow cooker. Add the remaining cheese and let it cook until hot and bubbly.
For a bit of a healthier dip, use light dairy products. Use low fat cheese and dressing. You’ll still get great flavors, but with a fraction of the calories.
Once your dip is ready, serve it with your favorite snack whether it may be crackers, chips, celery, or carrots.
